Orange-Garlic Grilled Wings

A perfect dish for all the parties happening this time of year. Easy and delicious.

Orange-Garlic Grilled Wings

Prep time: 15 Minutes  Cook time : 18 minutes  Serves: 4

1 Cup Orange Juice
2 tsp orange zest
2 tbsp melted butter
2 tsp hot sauce
2 to 3 tbsp brown sugar
2 garlic cloves, minced
11/2 lbs chicken wings, each wing cut into 2 piece, tips remove

For the Marinade
In a large bowl combine orange juice, orange jest, butter, hot sauce, brown sugar and garlic; mix well. Add wings to bowl; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours.

Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat frill to medium-high (350 degrees to 400 degrees) remove wings from marinade; reserve marinade. Place wings on a baking sheet; set aside. Place marinade in a small saucepan; bring to boil. Simmer 2 to 3 minutes or until slightly thickened. Remove from heat.

Place wings on grill rack. Frill 8 to 10 minutes per side or until browned and cooked through (165 Degrees), brushing with reserved marinade during the last 2 minutes of grilling. Transfer to a platter and service.
