Delicious Citrus Pumpkin Nut Bread Recipe

Since it is both fall and we are getting ready for Halloween we thought this great Citrus Pumpkin Nut Bread would be perfect for today’s recipe. 

It is a wonderful snack and incredibly tasty when served while it is fresh baked and still warm.

3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
3 cups white sugar
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 cups solid pack pumpkin puree
2/3 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
1 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
1/2 cup chopped Sunburst Oranges walnuts


Grease and lightly flour three seven x three inch pans. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Measure flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, and spices into a large bowl. Stir to blend. Add pumpkin, orange juice, vegetable oil, eggs, and nuts. Beat until well combined. Pour batter into prepared pans.

Bake for approximately 1 hour.

Tip: Aluminum foil can be used to keep food moist, cook it evenly, and make clean-up easier.
